How do I create an account?
To create an account, simply click on the "My Account" button in the upper right corner of the homepage. Follow the instructions to enter your email address, set a password, and provide the required personal information. Your account will then be successfully registered.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter the email address you registered with. The system will send you an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions provided in the email.
Can I change my account information?
Yes, you can change your account information at any time. Log in and visit the "Personal Center" section. Click on "Edit Information" to change your username, contact information, address, and other details.
How do I delete my account?
If you want to delete your account, please send us a deletion request through the "Contact" page. Our customer service will process your request as quickly as possible and confirm the account deletion.

How do I check the status of my order?
Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" page to check the status of your order and the logistics information. If you do not have an account, you can also track your order using the order number on our "Order Inquiry" page.
How can I cancel an order?
Orders can be canceled before shipping. If you have an Indevolt account, you can cancel the order directly in your account. If you placed the order without logging in, please contact our customer service, provide your order number, and explain the reason for the cancellation. We will handle the process for you.
Are refunds granted?
Yes, we offer a refund service. For eligible products, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. For more information, please visit our "Warranty and Return Policy" page.
When will the order be shipped?
The normal delivery time is 1-3 business days after successful payment. For more information, please check the order management section under "My Account."

How long does shipping take?
In Germany, you will receive your order within 3-7 business days. In Austria, the delivery time is 6-12 business days. 
To which countries do you ship?
Currently, we only ship Indevolt balcony storage products and accessories to Germany and Austria. Additional European countries will be added gradually.
How is my shipment sent?
Our logistics partners include DHL, EMS, FedEx, USPS, DPD, and others. We choose the shipping service provider that is most suitable for your shipping address.
Is shipping free?
Yes, Indevolt offers free shipping on all orders.
