Thank you for purchasing and using Indevolt products. These terms and conditions apply only to customers who purchase our products through our official website www.indevolt.com. If you encounter any issues during use, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

1. Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order on the Indevolt website, we will refund the full amount for all orders that have not yet been shipped to your payment account (usually within three working days). Please note that your payment service provider (bank/PayPal/Klarna, etc.) may charge processing fees – we recommend that you check this directly with your provider.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled immediately. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange for a return of the shipment. Alternatively, you can refuse the package upon delivery. Indevolt will issue a full refund once the cancellation or return has been successfully completed. Again, please clarify any potential fees with your payment provider (bank/PayPal/Klarna, etc.) directly.

2. Returns
2.1 Returns Due to Product Defects
Customers can request a return if the product has defects unrelated to personal use. For defective products, you will receive a full refund or a free replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact Indevolt support (support.eu@indevolt.com) and provide proof of purchase and a description of the fault to initiate the return process. Valid proof of purchase includes:
- The order number from orders placed on www.indevolt.com.
- An invoice or confirmation email sent via email, clearly showing the purchased product and price.
2.2 Unconditional Returns

Applicable Channels
The unconditional return policy applies only to orders purchased on www.indevolt.com. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. -
Non-Applicable Channels
Products purchased through other channels are not entitled to unconditional returns. You must first contact the purchasing channel. -
Unconditional Return Fees
For returns of orders purchased on www.indevolt.com, a transaction fee (1.5% for credit card users, 2% for PayPal users, and 2.6% for Klarna users) and return shipping costs will apply if the product is in good condition.
2.3 Shipping Costs
- For defective returns: Shipping costs will be covered by Indevolt.
- For unconditional returns: Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
2.4 Return Process
- If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service at support.eu@indevolt.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The customer service team will confirm whether your order meets the return conditions. If so, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a prepaid return label. Please do not return products without shipping instructions. Ensure the RMA number is clearly indicated on the packaging along with proof of purchase.
- Returns not authorized by Indevolt customer service will not be refunded.
2.5 Refund Conditions
- Products and all accessories must not have any user-caused damage.
- All accessories must be returned with the main product.
- Products must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
2.6 Refund Timeline
- Order Cancellation: Full refund within 3 business days.
- Refund after Return: After receiving the refund request, we will process refunds within 14 business days of receiving the product. If you do not receive a refund, please contact Indevolt.
- Exchange: Upon receiving an exchange request, we will arrange to ship the replacement product within 7 business days.
2.7 Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product has been sold for more than 30 days.
- Products returned without prior confirmation from Indevolt customer service.
- Products not returned within 15 business days of confirmation.
- No valid proof of purchase has been provided.
- All original accessories are not included or damaged due to user intervention.
- Items deemed non-returnable upon inspection.
3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. This excludes corporate/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product is considered a bulk order.) The refund process begins upon receipt of the product by the Indevolt warehouse for inspection.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Returns must be in the original packaging.
- For returns due to reasons other than quality issues, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For returns due to reasons other than quality issues, Indevolt will refund the cost of the product itself.
- Returns may be refused if they do not meet the above requirements.
- For returns from outside the EU, Indevolt cannot guarantee customs clearance or import processing.
Refund claims submitted under the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after the return request is opened. It is not possible to request a refund for products returned after this period. If you purchased from sources other than the Indevolt online shop, please contact the retailer for assistance.
The 30-day return policy does not apply to accessories (electricity meters and smart plugs) or solar panels.
