These terms and conditions apply to the Indevolt website operated by Power Genius GmbH.
Payment Information
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant product description, we offer the following payment methods:

PayPal
With PayPal, you can make payments easily and securely without cash. We recommend setting up a free PayPal account and storing your bank and credit card details there. Benefits include not having to re-enter your data with each purchase. After completing your purchase, you will receive a payment confirmation via email, and your order will be processed and shipped directly by Indevolt. If a return is necessary, the refund will easily deposit into your PayPal account, making it quicker to exit the purchase contract and save time. -
Credit Card
You can pay with credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. During the ordering process, select your credit card and input the card number, expiration date, issuing bank, and security code. This information can also be found on your credit card. - Klarna
- Immediate Payment: Pay for your purchases via direct debit, credit card, or bank transfer instantly.
- Pay within 30 Days: Order now to try the product before making a final purchase decision. Pay only for what you keep. You can pay interest-free within 30 days, and no late fees will be charged for timely payments.
- Pay in 3 Installments: Your three installments will automatically be deducted from the debit/credit card you provide at the time of payment. The first installment will be charged upon order confirmation, with the second and third due 30 and 60 days after the first payment, respectively. You can check your payment plan anytime in the Klarna app.

Instant Bank Transfer
Please note that the total amount will be deducted from your bank account immediately upon receiving your order when using the above payment methods.
Shipping Information
All orders qualify for free shipping.
Please check all shipping information provided carefully. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect shipping information (including lost or damaged packages, delays, or other consequences).

Delivery Time
The standard shipping time is 3-7 business days after payment is successful. This time frame starts from the date we receive your payment and ends on the last day of the period. If prepaid, the delivery time may be extended by up to 10 days from the date of transfer. If your order contains products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will apply to the entire order. Unless otherwise stated, delivery is considered complete. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the delivery country, the deadline will be postponed to the next working day. -
How long does shipping take?
You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days after placing your order (note: delivery times for pre-sale products may vary). -
How will my goods be sent?
Our logistics partners include DHL, EMS, FedEx, USPS, DPD, and others. We choose the appropriate shipping carrier based on your order address. -
I ordered multiple products. Will they all arrive at the same time?
We strive to ship all products together. However, in some cases, items may be shipped separately if the optimal shipping methods differ. We will notify you by email once your order has shipped. -
Can I change my delivery address after shipping?
Changing the delivery address after shipping is not supported. Please request a return upon receiving the goods. Note: You will bear the return shipping costs. -
What should I do if the product I received is different from what I ordered?

Damage
If your order is damaged when received, please contact Indevolt support at support.eu@indevolt.com within 3 business days. We are not responsible for any losses, including lost or damaged packages or delays caused by the carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in contacting the responsible shipping agent. Please keep all packaging and damaged goods, as they may be needed for potential damage claims.
